Norway! It’s been great ❤️

Summer is almost over and I’ve spent almost a month in Norway (and Sweden) now with my friends and family! It’s been so good to be here and I feel both rested and I am ready for the new season in Dubai.

It’s been idyllic with a few days with 27-30C degrees and that’s insane for us up here in the north! The sun never sets and in the evening at times it’s been as low as 5c degrees. It’s been up and down! However- you get used to it by now!

what I can’t get used to is that people up here (my kind of people!) as soon as the sun is out and the degrees are flipping towards 12C people pull ip in their shorts and bikinis 😂 they go swimming and tanning! that’s the classic Norwegian summer that we know. Wouldn’t have it any other way! It was actually warmer in the friggin French Alps when I went snowboarding there a few years ago 😂

But now since I’ve been in Dubai the past 14 years, I’ve been de-climatized and I freeze my ass off when I’m visiting here for the summer 😂

Anyhow’s it’s been nothing but marvelous and soon I am gonna head back to the sandpit and live will get back to normal routines again.

I’ll pick up on my training and get back on my diet. I haven’t been training for over a month now and I feel so guilty actually, which is weird cus I never used to care about these things before.

I’ve come to a conclusion that what I am most worried about is falling off the wagon / training routines, and then I’ll start at square one and it will be hard to start my training program again and my gym anxiety might come back, who knows, (let’s fucking hope not!)

I don’t know? Maybe it’s the same as when you learn to ride a bike… 😂 once you learn you can’t un-learn it.

Anyhow, I’m determined to get back into the gym. My trainer has a new harder program for me now, different sets and reps so I’m not gonna get bored at the gym. Im gonna get tanned and lean! Real lean! 😂

I am looking forward to that and basically just getting back to normal routines and life again!

This summer has been absolutely great and I’m really excited about the future❤️
