Just a little update!
It’s exactly 1 year apart on these pics! Who knew that I was on this journey, and who knew that I would still keep going at it.
If this isn’t inspiring for anyone then at least it is for myself, (and I did it only for myself to begin with!) it’s great to see the change and the difference between these pictures. I am in ave to my trainer and The Lean Co for keeping me healthy and on this journey. It’s been such an eye opener in so many ways and I feel great!
I don’t know where you are on your journey in life but if you’re thinking about making a change I can only say that unless you really want to do it for yourself, you’re never gonna do it. It doesn’t matter how many times people around you tell you to do something, it has to come from within.
I always say (now) that you’re gonna live every day of your life anyways, so you might as well start improving now 😍
