Dubai Muscle show

Dubai muscle show is the biggest trade show for everything muscle- health and body building in the Middle East.

I don’t particularly have an interest in this type of trade show but we wanted to see what the fuzz was about so we headed over there to check it out further.

It was a lot of action going on all the time, the halls were busy and so crowded with people from all over the world!

You get handed plastic bags before you enter the gates of the trade show and once you enter it’s like all the vendors are throwing freebies and samples at you. Everything from shakers and protein powders to protein bars and workout gear.. even socks haha. It’s was a little overwhelming!

It was muscle everywhere! Females and men. Men that looked like the hulk and more and women too.. I’ve never seen so much muscle in my life 😂 but these people have really worked hard to get to where they are with their bodies.. I am not sure if it’s a Healthy mindset to be like that but hey, who am I to judge! I’m the last person to judge anyone. Nonetheless, it was interesting to see all this.

It was my first time there.

They also had a lot of things for you to try, they had competitions, polls, you can enter games and compete with your friends or other people there… they have new machines that measure literally everything in your body.

I did one of those scans too. It was very interesting actually. Turns out I’m in a really good shape. (Better than I actually expected to be honest! 😊)

And also I tried the skiing simulator for slalom and snowboarding professionals. That was awesome! If I had a big house I would have that simulator in my game room. No doubt about it!
