I hope that if you’re reading this that you have a roof over your head and a family around you, loved ones that you care about and your children are safe.
I feel that I have to mention this a little because with everything that is going on right now, it’s hard to keep a blind eye. It’s hard to grasp that the world is like this.
That countries are looking the other way, that nations and people are fighting for all that is right, we want peace and an immediate cease fire. And it’s frustrating that the UN has to have multiple votes to even decide what’s right and wrong when the obvious is stated. Things has escalated so much and in this moment over 21,000 people (mostly children) has been killed in 70 days. It’s horrific and we cannot stop talking and posting about it. It’s wrong! Even if we feel small and just as one person, a lot of awareness and reposts and sharing content is very powerful.
The world has to demand this to stop and politically demand peace. I feel so sorry for all the people there, the innocent people of Israel of whom has such a corrupted government and the people who has been brainwashed into thinking that this is on some level ok. My heart is hurting for those in Gaza who has passed with being brutally killed and even those who survived and are left there with nothing. The women, children and other civilians (including press and medical aid etc ..) who has been killed just for being in Palestine or just for being Palestinian. I am ashamed of our species that we are allowing this and I am ashamed of our rulers around the world that they feel the need to have a VOTE to decide what’s wrong or right when the obvious is stated. This is genocide against humanity and innocent people. It’s “ethnic cleansing” as “they” call it and it’s disgusting.
It feels wrong to even be excited to celebrate Xmas now.. to enjoy food and seeing family. When there are people who are at war, who has no family, who are being slaughtered every day. It’s modern apartheid. And it feels wrong that the world is just going about as if nothing is happening.
Never stop talking about Palestine. (I am aware that there is a war in Yemen and a horrific war situation in Africa as well, and I am aware of the bombings in Lebanon and Syria as well) people are starving, and situations are not getting any better.
Always share. Bring it to light! Because your voice counts. Believe that. If you can’t do anything, find the posts, do research, share your posts. Keep talking. Never let them silence us. it matters. It does!
