Big shoutout to the team behind Elaia. You did well!

Such a nice opening and to have tried your food and drinks, I can say that Elaia has by far the best burratas I’ve ever had in my life!!

So fresh and creamy! And that was only the burrata.

I am going to drop all the goods we had. The grilled octopus was outstanding as well and I’m not even a person who «likes» octopus like that. Imagine!

They have my favorite of all time spicy 🌶️ chili passionfruit margarita on the rocks as well in a high ball glass with tajin on the rim!!! I mean!

I was in heaven! Can’t get any better than that!!

Everything was fabulous!

And this Seabass carpaccio was sprinkled with grapefruit and it was just so incredible fresh! It’s a winner!

Elaia is located on the 4th floor at Pier 7 in Dubai Marina! I know this place will be booming! Watch this space ⭐️
