
So it was one of those days when the fridge is half empty but it was still some half fresh chicken filet from the day before , some capsicums, half a box of corn, half a cucumber, and some shredded mozzarella and an avocado that would have expired and some Caesar dressing and some pommegranate molases. Put all of those together and mix it in and voila! You have yourself a nice chicken salad.
I hate wasting food so I always try to utilize everything as much as I can! And this is perfect!
