Lately I’ve been craving beetroot on everything! Beetroot salads with mandarins , goat cheese, rock leaves and walnuts …. ?! (There is a picture of just that salad from lucky fish this past weekend) And everything else beetroot juice , raw beetroot juice and even those beetroot juices that are blended with lemon and celery as well.. I think it’s just a phase!! But here are some of the benefits of beetroot juice in case you didn’t know … or as I call it , today’s useless i formation is as follows :
