This was the best lamb chops I’ve ever eaten! And it was super easy!
peel potatoes and slice them up together with some carrots and put them in a deep pan with oil, salt and pepper . Top some Fresh rosemary to finish and then lay the lamb chops on top of that.

Put in the middle of the oven at 220c for about 30 minutes. after this take them out and turn them around , put them back in the oven on the grill for another 5 minutes. Then finished and enjoy!
i made a natural yoghurt sauce with shallots onions and coriander salt and pepper.
