Despite my failure at the lemon cake last week, there is one thing I’ve always known and that is the traditional Norwegian sponge cake.
I made it with a vanilla sponge base ,fwith banana slices and strawberries. And added home made whipped cream in between the layers and on top.
That being said I almost gave up when the decoration kit was failing on me.
I took a knife and just covered the cake in whipped cream as much as I could and decorated it with berry toppings with blueberries and strawberries.
it was yummy and we finished it all! You can’t go wrong with this ! It’s a winner for big and small 🥰
